Bangor, PA (April 14, 2016) – As part of Merchants Bank’s continuing effort to support art and culture in the Lehigh Valley, The State Theatre Center for the Arts received $5,000 from Merchants Bank through the Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program (EITC).
